Pimmy's Chicken and Carrot Dog Treats

Our Pimmy's Chicken and Carrot Dog Treats are made with six human-grade ingredients, packed with healthy goodness for your furry friend. No preservatives or additives are used.

• Brown Oat Flour: A naturally gluten-free choice that offers excellent nutrition and digestibility. It's packed with fibre to support healthy digestion and weight.

• Cooked Chicken Breast: A lean and easily digestible protein source packed with essential vitamins and minerals that support muscle, skin, coat, and immune function.

• Carrots: A good source of fibre, vitamin A (from beta-carotene), and other vitamins and minerals. Chewing on carrots can also help clean your dog's teeth and remove plaque.

• Natural Peanut Butter: Provides protein, healthy fats, and key vitamins to support your dog's muscles, skin, and coat. We proudly use Peanut 'Pupnut' Butter by Olive's Kitchen, which contains no added salt, sugar, or xylitol (which is toxic to dogs).

• Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Provides healthy fats and antioxidants to enhance skin and coat health, support immune function, and aid in digestion and joint health. It's especially beneficial for constipation and senior dogs.

Our tasty treats come in a convenient, resealable, foil-sealed window bag, containing approximately 70g of delicious bites.  Each treat is perfectly sized, measuring approximately 3.5 cm wide x 2 cm long x 0.6 cm thick, making them ideal for training, rewarding, or just showing your pup some extra love! :)

HOW TO STORE YOUR TREATS: Shelf Life Estimate!

• For optimal freshness and safety, we strongly recommend refrigerating these treats immediately upon receipt.

• The Pantry (Room Temp.): Best consumed within 3-5 days.  (Tip: Due to the meat ingredient, avoid storing for longer outside of refrigeration.)

• The Fridge (Refrigerated): Up to 2-3 Weeks. (Tip: This is the safest and best storage method for preserving quality and freshness.)

• The Freezer (Frozen): Up to 3-5 Months. (Tip: Store in a freezer-safe, airtight container for bulk storage! Thaw in the fridge before serving.)

• Remember to check the best-before date on the back of the bag.

• A Little Note From Our Kitchen: Since every treat is lovingly made by hand with natural ingredients and different textures, shapes might vary slightly from the photos shown. But don't worry—the deliciousness is always guaranteed!

1. Baking & Prep Time

All our treats are baked fresh for your order! The time listed below is for preparation and packaging before shipping or pick up & local delivery begins.

• Standard Orders: Please allow 2-3 business days for your treats to be baked fresh and packed with care.

• Bulk Orders: For larger quantities, please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order.

A Note on Delicate Items

• Cakes & Muffins: Due to their delicate nature and frosting, these items are only available for Christchurch Local Delivery and Christchurch CBD Pick-Up. They are not suitable for nationwide or international shipping.

2. Shipping & Pick-Up Options

Once your order is baked and ready, you have the following options:

• Christchurch Local Delivery: We offer delivery within a 1 km radius of the CBD, Monday - Friday, from 5 pm to 7 pm.

• Greater Christchurch Delivery: For areas outside the 1 km CBD radius, we use the NZ Post Overnight service. Orders are dispatched Monday–Thursday. This means orders placed late on Thursday or Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

• Christchurch CBD Pick-Up (Appointment Only): Collection is available Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Please contact us if you need to arrange a time outside this window.

• Nationwide Shipping: We ship throughout New Zealand via NZ Post.

• International Shipping: We also ship to Australia, the UK, and the USA. Please contact us directly for a personalised quote.

Your happiness—and your pup's!—is our top priority. We've made our policy as straightforward as possible so you know what to expect.

• Got the Wrong Treat? If you received an item that isn't what you ordered, please let us know right away! Email us at orders@pimmy.co.nz within 3 days of getting your order, and include a photo of the item and your order number. We'll sort out a refund for you as quickly as possible.
• About Shipping: We package our treats with great care, but once they're with NZ Post, shipping times and handling are out of our control.
• A Quick Heads-Up: Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues related to a dog's taste preferences.
• Refunds: Once a refund is approved, we'll process it within 5 business days. It may take a few more days for your bank to show the funds. If you don't see the refund within 7 business days, just give us a shout.
