The Mini-cake & Mini-muffins!

• Brown Oat Flour: A naturally gluten-free choice that offers excellent nutrition and digestibility. It's packed with fibre to support healthy digestion and weight.

• Bananas: A good source of potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C, magnesium, and fibre. They're also low in fat and sodium.

• Pumpkin: Its high fibre content aids in digestion, helping with both diarrhea and constipation. It's also a good source of vitamins and minerals like vitamins A, C, and E.

• Ground Flax seeds: Fantastic source of Omega-3s for shiny coats and healthy skin, and fibre for a happy digestion. Also contains essential proteins, vitamins, and minerals that support overall health, skin function, and the immune system.

• Beetroot: Rich in vitamins (C, B9), minerals, and fibre, supporting a dog's overall health, immunity, cell growth, and coat.

• 1 Mini-Cake: Approximately 11 cm in diameter x 4.5 cm in height, complete with our Pinky Beetroot Frosting.

• Set of Four Mini-Muffins: Four bite-sized treats (approximately 4 cm diameter x 2 cm height each), also frosted.

Both items are packed carefully in a food-grade carton box for transport.

HOW TO STORE YOUR COMBO PACKAGE: Freshness Guide. Because our products are freshly baked and feature a homemade dairy frosting without any preservatives or additives, they are highly perishable items. The combo is designed to be consumed on the same day it is collected or locally delivered, and must be kept in the refrigerator until ready to use.

• Best Quality: For the perfect taste and texture, consume the combo items on the day of purchase.

• Refrigerated Storage: If not consuming immediately, store both the cake and muffins in an airtight container and use within 1-2 days.

• Freezer: Freezing the frosted cake or muffins is NOT recommended, as the frosting's texture will degrade upon thawing. Freeze only the cake/muffin base if necessary.

• A Little Note From Our Kitchen: Since every treat is lovingly made by hand with natural ingredients and different textures, shapes might vary slightly from the photos shown. But don't worry—the deliciousness is always guaranteed!

All of our luxury bakes are prepared and baked fresh to order in our Christchurch atelier!

• Lead Time: Please allow at least 3 business days for your order to be freshly baked and prepared.

• Pre-Orders: Pre-ordering in advance is highly recommended to secure your preferred date.

• Fresh Cakes & Muffins: Due to their delicate nature and fresh, dairy-based frosting, all cakes and muffins are available for Collection Only.

• Bespoke Treats: Available for Collection, Local Delivery, and Nationwide Courier Shipping across NZ.

• Christchurch Local Delivery: Available within a 1 km radius of the CBD (Monday – Friday).
  

• Greater Christchurch & NZ Post: Shipped via NZ Post (Monday – Thursday).

If you received an item that isn't what you ordered, please let us know right away so we can make it right!

• Email us at orders@pimmy.co.nz within 3 days of receiving your order.

• Please include your order number and a photo of the item.

• We will gladly review it and process a refund or replacement as quickly as possible!
  

Shipping & Handling

We carefully package every single treat to ensure it leaves our Christchurch atelier in perfect condition. However, once your package is handed over to NZ Post, delivery timelines and handling are managed directly by the courier network.

Taste Preferences & Returns

Because all of our bakes and treats are freshly made, natural, and highly perishable, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds based on an individual dog's taste preferences or picky eating habits.

Refund Processing

• Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

• Depending on your financial institution, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to reflect in your account.

• If you haven't received your refund within 7 business days of approval, please reach out to us at orders@pimmy.co.nz and we'll investigate right away!
