This delightful set includes a mini-cake and four mini-muffins, all topped with our colourful Pumpkin Patch Frosting! Made with just six human-grade ingredients, it’s a healthy and delicious way to celebrate your pup! No preservatives or additives are used.

The Mini-cake and Mini-muffins!

• Apples: Provide vitamins, fibre, and antioxidants, and are great for dental and digestive health.

• Carrots: A low-calorie treat packed with vitamins and fibre. They also offer great dental benefits for pups!

• Wholemeal Flour: Provides a good source of carbohydrates, protein, and fibre, and is often rich in vitamins and minerals like niacin, thiamin, and iron.

• Ground Flax seeds: Fantastic source of Omega-3s for shiny coats and healthy skin, and fibre for a happy digestion. Also contains essential proteins, vitamins, and minerals that support overall health, skin function, and the immune system.

• Extra Virgin Olive Oil: Provides healthy fats and antioxidants, enhancing skin and coat health, immune function, and supporting digestion and joints. It's especially beneficial for constipation and senior dogs.

• 1 Mini-Cake: Approximately 11 cm in diameter x 4.5 cm in height, complete with our Pinky Beetroot Frosting.
• Set of Four Mini-Muffins: Four bite-sized treats (approximately 4 cm diameter x 2 cm height each), also frosted.

Both items are packed carefully in a food-grade carton box for transport.

HOW TO STORE YOUR COMBO PACKAGE: Freshness Guide.
Because our products are freshly baked and feature a homemade dairy frosting without any preservatives or additives, they are highly perishable items. The combo is designed to be consumed on the same day it is collected or locally delivered, and must be kept in the refrigerator until ready to use.

• Best Quality: For the perfect taste and texture, consume the combo items on the day of purchase.
• Refrigerated Storage: If not consuming immediately, store both the cake and muffins in an airtight container and use within 1-2 days.
• Freezer: Freezing the frosted cake or muffins is NOT recommended, as the frosting's texture will degrade upon thawing. Freeze only the cake/muffin base if necessary.

• A Little Note From Our Kitchen: Since every treat is lovingly made by hand with natural ingredients and different textures, shapes might vary slightly from the photos shown. But don't worry—the deliciousness is always guaranteed!

1. Baking & Prep Time

All our mini-cakes are baked fresh for your order! The time listed below is for preparation and packaging before pick up or local delivery begins.

• Standard Orders: Please allow 2-3 business days for your mini-cakes to be baked fresh and packed with care.

• Bulk Orders: For larger quantities, please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order.

A Note on Delicate Items

• Cakes & Muffins: Due to their delicate nature and frosting, these items are only available for Christchurch Local Delivery and Christchurch CBD Pick-Up. They are not suitable for nationwide or international shipping.

2. Pick-Up and Local Delivery Options

Once your order is baked and ready, you have the following options:

• Christchurch Local Delivery: We offer delivery within a 1 km radius of the CBD, Monday - Friday, from 5 pm to 7 pm.

• Christchurch CBD Pick-Up (Appointment Only): Collection is available Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Please contact us if you need to arrange a time outside this window.

Your happiness—and your pup's!—is our top priority. We've made our policy as straightforward as possible so you know what to expect.

• Got the Wrong Treat? If you received an item that isn't what you ordered, please let us know right away! Email us at orders@pimmy.co.nz within 3 days of getting your order, and include a photo of the item and your order number. We'll sort out a refund for you as quickly as possible.
• About Shipping: We package our treats with great care, but once they're with NZ Post, shipping times and handling are out of our control.
• A Quick Heads-Up: Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues related to a dog's taste preferences.
• Refunds: Once a refund is approved, we'll process it within 5 business days. It may take a few more days for your bank to show the funds. If you don't see the refund within 7 business days, just give us a shout.
