Our Pimmy's Apple and Carrot Dog Treats! are made with just four human-grade ingredients, packed with healthy goodness for your furry friend. No preservatives or additives are used

• Brown Oat Flour: A naturally gluten-free choice that offers excellent nutrition and digestibility. It's packed with fibre to support healthy digestion and weight.

• Apples: A great source of vitamins, fibre, and antioxidants, and excellent for supporting your dog's dental and digestive health.

• Carrots: A good source of fibre, vitamin A (from beta-carotene), and other essential vitamins and minerals. Chewing on carrots can also help clean your dog's teeth and remove plaque.

• Ground Flax seeds: Fantastic source of Omega-3s for shiny coats and healthy skin, and fibre for a happy digestion. Also contains essential proteins, vitamins, and minerals that support overall health, skin function, and the immune system.

Our tasty treats come in a convenient, resealable, foil-sealed window bag, containing approximately 70g of delicious bites. Each treat is perfectly sized, measuring approximately 3cm wide x 3cm long x 0.6cm thick, making them ideal for training, rewarding, or simply showing your pup some love.

HOW TO STORE YOUR TREATS: Shelf Life Estimate!

Because your treats are made with only natural, human-grade ingredients and contain zero preservatives or additives, proper storage is the key to maintaining their fresh taste and satisfying crunch. The Golden Rule of Storage: Always store in a sealed airtight container after opening the bag!

• The Pantry (Room Temp.): Best consumed within 3-4 Weeks. (Tip: Immediately transfer to a sealed airtight container after opening to lock in the crunch.)

• The Fridge (Refrigerated): Up to 1.5-2 Months. (Tip: This is the best option for preserving the treats' quality over a longer period.)

• The Freezer (Frozen): Up to 5-6 Months. (Tip: Store in a freezer-safe, airtight container for bulk storage! Thaw in the fridge or on the counter.)

• Remember to check the best-before date on the back of the bag.

• A Little Note From Our Kitchen: Since every treat is lovingly made by hand with natural ingredients and different textures, shapes might vary slightly from the photos shown. But don't worry—the deliciousness is always guaranteed!

1. Baking & Prep Time

All our treats are baked fresh for your order! The time listed below is for preparation and packaging before shipping or pick up & local delivery begins.

• Standard Orders: Please allow 2-3 business days for your treats to be baked fresh and packed with care.

• Bulk Orders: For larger quantities, please allow 3-5 business days for us to prepare your order.

A Note on Delicate Items

• Cakes & Muffins: Due to their delicate nature and frosting, these items are only available for Christchurch Local Delivery and Christchurch CBD Pick-Up. They are not suitable for nationwide or international shipping.

2. Shipping & Pick-Up Options

Once your order is baked and ready, you have the following options:

• Christchurch Local Delivery: We offer delivery within a 1 km radius of the CBD, Monday - Friday, from 5 pm to 7 pm.

• Greater Christchurch Delivery: For areas outside the 1 km CBD radius, we use the NZ Post Overnight service. Orders are dispatched Monday–Thursday. This means orders placed late on Thursday or Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

• Christchurch CBD Pick-Up (Appointment Only): Collection is available Monday–Friday, 9 am–5 pm. Please contact us if you need to arrange a time outside this window.

• Nationwide Shipping: We ship throughout New Zealand via NZ Post.

• International Shipping: We also ship to Australia, the UK, and the USA. Please contact us directly for a personalised quote.

Your happiness—and your pup's!—is our top priority. We've made our policy as straightforward as possible so you know what to expect.

• Got the Wrong Treat? If you received an item that isn't what you ordered, please let us know right away! Email us at orders@pimmy.co.nz within 3 days of getting your order, and include a photo of the item and your order number. We'll sort out a refund for you as quickly as possible.
• About Shipping: We package our treats with great care, but once they're with NZ Post, shipping times and handling are out of our control.
• A Quick Heads-Up: Due to the perishable nature of our treats, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for issues related to a dog's taste preferences.
• Refunds: Once a refund is approved, we'll process it within 5 business days. It may take a few more days for your bank to show the funds. If you don't see the refund within 7 business days, just give us a shout.
